This was very enlightening to me! It never occurred to me that I was counting my exercise burn double. Thanks so much for that one. BTW, I do agree with you with eating back your calories. I try to take a different approach by looking at my net calorie intake vs. burn weekly, otherwise I would obsess over it daily!

It is a very hard thing to do while dieting, staying on course all the time.
