I can so relate with you! Women in my family tend to gain weight in their stomachs so I am no exception….everything else on my body is nice and toned except this stubborn gut :-( I have lost inches, so that is a plus but it’s taking it’s time getting more defined…..a work in progress

It's good to see I am not alone! For the most part, I have a pretty balanced diet but some days are better than others. It’s normally in the afternoon and after dinner where I have the urge to grab a Hershey Bar with almonds or something very sweet. I have substituted these craving with a Luna Bar…I still get my sweet fix…

5”4 girls, rock!!! I was at 160, now I am at 130…5 more pounds to go and I will be at 125. These last 5 pounds seems to be the toughest to lose…..It seems like since I have lost the weight I “appear” to be more taller…maybe it’s just leaner muscle :-) lol

I am 5’4 and I went from 160 to 130. I did a lot of cardio such as running, spinning, kickboxing etc in the beginning…now that I am down to a good size I still do cardio but incorporate more weight training so I can get more toned. I lost weight the good ol fashion way, hard work, dedication, eating right and exercising…oh…

I have been natural for about 2 ½ years and I normally rock my ‘fro or braids in the summer but keep a sew in during the winter to protect it. One thing I miss not having to worry about anymore is “sweating out my perm” lol

I enjoy Ripped in 30 and Extreme Shed and Shred. Both are great DVDs and really push you during your workout!!!

I have a Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor that I purchased from Amazon for about $70. I love it!!! Simple and easy to use. It has helped me keep better track of my calories since MFP and the calorie counter on the machines are not very accurate.

I love to run! I have yet to complete any marathons but I am beginning to train for the Vegas half-marathon that is in December. Any good tips?
