I am just restarting again. I lost a bunch of weight because of this site but then had to have surgery and gained it back and a little more. Definitely feel free to add me as a friend so we can all stay motivated.

the only thing i say to watch in any frozen meal is the sodium it can be quite high. As long as your staying under your sodium levels i dont see the problems with these meals. I eat them every once in a while but if you have to much salt in your diet then you can start noticing bloating and what not

you will eventually just cut back when you can and in no time you will realize that you have cut way down... also I agree with the dark chocolate thing, I especially like the dark chocolate covered rasins but only get those when we go to the movies

since i work overnights i always do from midnight to midnight when its the next day i put it on the next day or what not. so like if you eat now you would put it on today but if you eat at 1am then you would put it on the next day

I have like twenty water bottles in the fridge at home and we just re use those over and over again ... and since there is so many of them its pretty easy to just grab and go. I should take a picture of our whole bottom shelf full of water bottles. :)
