  • pack a lunch!! i really hated being in the kitchen.. but i recently found out that i enjoy it.. i was working two jobs, and i couldnt fall asleep right away, so i started to cook to unwind.. i would make something and pack it for lunch for the following day.. i found it to be healthier and saved myself some money as well..…
  • if you feel like eating something but are not really hungry, try brushing your teeth.. its supposed to take away the urge because your mouth is clean... Of course eat if you are hungry but if its just to snack on something that you gave up during the week like sweets try brushing your teeth before.. i read this somewhere..…
