I'm intrigued cause this sounds similar to the 'cook yourself slim' programme we have here in the UK (I believe it's available to watch on the ch4 website if anybody's interested) and I enjoy watching that. I snack on quorn fillets :$ the're not to everybody's taste though (especially cold as I eat them) the taste can be improved by dipping in tomato sauce or cooking in a pasta sauce, bbq sauce etc etcc. Two fillets equals 94 calories and 13.1g protein.
