Maybe you need to try something new that doesn't feel like exercise......like mountain biking, kayaking, swimming,....really anything that gets you up and moving....if your exercising is something you don't enjoy, it makes it all the harder to stay motivated. So find something you love and it'll be easy to keep at it.…

Every morning after I wake up.......sometimes I weigh myself before I go to bed just to see what the difference is in the morning.

Not sure I'm thinking of the correct exercise, but i make sure to lift my legs straight up towards the sky, and not angled back towards my head. Which is more of a verticle leg pulse than a reverse crunch. Try that variation and see if it doesn't hurt. Good luck....

Most days no....but if I do, I drink a protein drink right when I get up. Have to be careful though, some protein drinks can go right through you, if you know what I mean. I prefer to work out on an empty stomach, but everyone is different.

I recently started getting up at about 4:30 am to be at the gym by 5....and I'm not a morning person. It took some getting use to, but the more you do it, the easier it is. I also put my favorite workouts in the middle of my week, so I'm less likely to skip. So, keep at it, it'll get easier!!!!!

I quit using mine. I thought it was getting interference with some of the gym equipment.

Light weights.....high reps..... However, sometimes genetics plays a part and you can't do much about it.

Sounds like you may have strained an intercostals muscle. Does it kinda feel like a broken rib? I did that a few years ago when I was trying to be an MMA wannabe and got folded into a pretzel. I started timing my rest between sets....helped me cut down on my time while still getting all my work in. The shorter the rest period, the more cardio your doing at the same time.
