I put my favorite workouts in the middle of the week, when it was the hardest for me to get up. Now I'm motivated to make it to the gym on the days I'm most likely to stuggle out of bed. Has worked great for me......haven't missed one yet!!!!

Best way to train for the run is to alternate between sprinting and jogging....as you progress, increase the distance or time you sprint and shorten the recovery time (jogging). You do have to train for a 2 mile run, if you want to improve your time.
-
I go six days a week....... strength training on all 6, and cardio on 4 or 5. Ends up being between 40 minutes to 1 1/2 hours each day.

You are right, it is your life and you can do what you want with it....who cares what others think. however, your question has an obvious answer....you just don't want to see it. Not being mean, just honest.
-
That answer is different for everyone.....if you can do 12-15 reps, I'd say that weight is light. if you can only do 6-8, i'd say that weight is heavy
-
i hit the weights 6 days a week and do cardio 5.......best advise is listen to your body...it'll let you know if your overtraining

Alone........ seem to BS more and work out less w/a buddy

Syntha 6 is yummy and a meal replacement....however, it's not that good for a recovery shake because it takes longer to digest

I get that way when I'm doing my leg workout or when I thought I was an MMA fighter and did MMA training. I get that way cause all the O2 is going to my muscles and not enough to my head......to be safe, I'd go to the Doctor if it continues.

Girls who get all made up like they are going out, aren't at the gym to work out, their going there to be seen. Which, I don't mind, but don't admire either

4:30 a.m. on most days and at the gym by 5:00. Hate getting up, but I'm always glad I did.

Protein drinks are good supplements, but not so good for meal replacement. The body doesn't have to work too hard to digest the shake. They are also good for a pre-workout drink or a post-workout drink to aid in recovery, or both..... Everyone is different and it depends on what type of results you want. If you drink too…

Everyone is different.....I hate eating before I work out. When I was doing MMA conditioning, it was such a hard workout, I felt like I was going to pass out or throw up almost every day. That type of physical stress can cause that. You may just be pushing yourself (which is great) and it may not happen as much as you…

Once you hit failure on your regular push ups, change to your knees and try do do some more until failure. This will build up endurance and help you push out more regular push ups over time........Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Tell him you love him and want to grow old together... and that your worried about all of his health issues..... leave it open ended without saying anything about his weight and see how he responds. Chances are he will come to the same conclusion, only he'll think it was his idea. Then be there ready to help him take the…

Second day is always worse........but as you stick with it, you won't get sore afterwards.
-
All I drink is water.....gave up drinking pop after I saw how many empty calories I was drinking....rather eat my calories than drink them....
-
When just starting out, sore muscles are normal. I find that when I'm sore, it helps speed up the healing process by continuing to work out. Gets the blood flowing to the muscles and helps get out the lactic acid that is causing the soreness. The second day is usually the worst and then it starts to go away. With that…
