If you’re in ketosis your body is spilling out all of your sodium and electrolytes hourly. Add more salt (bone broth helps) and make sure your magnesium and potassium are up to par or the body cramps will be next.

You never really fail until you stop trying. Sometimes it takes a bucket if "agains" to get to " finally." You can do this!

No great success here yet, just getting started. I net about 1300 per day. That's a 277 cal deficit from the 1577 I apparently need to eat to maintain my current wait. I try my best to eat all my exercise calories. Some days when I'm extremely active I burn upwards of 1000 calories though so it can be difficult.

My absolute favorite is peppermint tea. Love orange tea with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Also enjoy lemon tea with a bit of extra lemon juice thrown in there.

Chocolate cake from cheesecake factory. One slice is over 1300 calories...and it was always my dessert after some other non nutritious food like fries and fried chicken.

New workout clothes, heart rate monitor, exercise equipment, etc. This week I bought myself a mini crockpot. Hoping to get to ten lbs so I can gift myself this awesome lunch bag and some glasswear.

Thanks for the add! How do you keep motivated when the scale doesnt change? The last time that happened I got super sad since I'd been working out extremely hard. Tropical Smoothie is insane unless you order your drink without Turbinado. Boston Market...I thought at least the rotisserie would be decent. Boy was I ever wrong. Dunkin Donuts bagels and muffins will set you back further than many burgers.

Only a portion. On most cardio days I burn 400-700 calories. There's no way Im eating back all those calories with healthy food... I feel like I eat all Day as it is!!
