  • I also consistently come in under my goal. I am older than you, and not as active. My goal is 1200 before exercise, and I come in under that. If I go over, I don't loose any weight. I find I am satisfied...I just have to learn to stop at the right time. I also eat several times a day...just smaller amounts.
