  • In the morning, I normally have a bowl of cereal and fruit with 1% milk, or a english muffin with egg and juice while cooking breakfast for family. Two hours later i do my workout. If i have a heavy dinner, then i'll wait for hour after dinner then jump on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
