  • Hi! I'm 5 ft 1 in and weight 130.5 I'm really hoping to whittle down my hips, love handles and maybe not have my thighs touch for summer. It's super annoying to have my thighs touch when it's all hot and humid in the summer. Slowly getting there.
  • Please note that the sugar intake number for MFP tends to be really too low. I can eat only fruits, veggies, and protein and still be over my sugar limit, esp when eating fruit and healthy greek yogurt. Try to find cereals with low suagrs like 5-7g of sugar and 2+g of protein
  • I started MFP at 136 and want to also get down to 115-120 :) I've lost almost 5 pounds so far. I havn't been in the 120s in years and looking forward to it.

Trying to find weighs to stay off my butt, hard when I'm in front of the computer, for school. for hours a day.
  • I love the Slim Fast creamy chocolate and dark chocolate protein shakes. They taste good, 190 cal a bottle, but have 18g of sugar. You can find them at any store like walmart, target, or a grocery store. I tend to drink 1/day between lunch and dinner because I'm a college commuter.
