I love these cakes! Generally, I make them into cupcakes but it definitely tastes good and fills the sweet tooth craving. Also, the first time that I had this, I didn't even know that it was a diet cake. :) Definitely use some lite (I use FF cool whip!)

Finished my squats today!, and rode over ten miles on my bike. Needless to say, my legs are killing me! I really have a hard time with this too. What I try to do is just constantly try to be aware of what I'm putting in my body. I always have fruit, veggies, and even 100 calorie packs of things I keep in my car for those times when I just CAN'T wait for dinnertime. You know, I have been in the same situation for at least 6 months. I had gotten down to 164 but now I'm back at 177 (or at least I was, been too afraid of the scale to check the past couple of days).
