OMG! Other than our age, we have the same stats! I'm 34 years old, I'm 5'4", CW is 161.4, and my goal is also 130. My SW was 200, so I'm over half way...but I could always use more encouragement...especially with workouts!

I had my gall bladder out a couple years ago...for the first month it didn't matter what I ate. I had to be near a bathroom. I think it is different foods for everybody, but I discovered that high fat foods tend to set me off more than anything, even now. But after the first couple months I was able to eat pretty normally…

When I eat a hostess cupcake (not so often anymore), I HAVE to eat it a certain way....cake part first, licking the cream filling out, then the chocolate icing, then the little white swirly of icing.... yeah, I know I'm really strange.....

Dang it!!! Wish I was ready...my bras (and panties) are too big also, but I'm making due and just buying cheap stuff for now until I'm at my goal. I'd hate to spend the money and just have them end up not fitting :( I guess I'll have to weight for the next one huh?

While in good spirit, I do disagree with a lot of these 10 commandments.... If I chewed my food 20 times or more, I wouldn't be able to swallow it and would definitely lose weight!!! I would starve!!
