I'd add the 4 miles while delivering papers, and the 20 minute walk at a very slow pace. Mine's set to sedentary, but I don't log stuff like walking five minutes to another building for a meeting...but I would log walking to lunch. Make sense?

Current Army.... I make height and weight, but my CSM is doing this 15/15/5 challenge. 15 points on the APFT, 15 pounds lost, or 5% body fat, and I'mma kick everyone's tail at this. I have till 31 March. So more effort at PT, more individual PT, and putting. The Fork. DOWN.

After 10 min on the treadmill I want to scream I'm so bored. And if I don't have a distraction, game over, I'm off and I'll find something else to do. I've been doing 30 DS in between other stuff (cardio, pushups, etc.) It's been 15 days, and I've lost 5 pounds. I can see the change in the mirror, especially my face, but won't redo my measurements until 1 FEB. Keep it up!

You lick the wrapper your granola bar came in. You logged the 90 calories, you're eating them! I don't relate to the measuring spoon ones. I have a food scale. But I do have a spare set of batteries in the junk drawer, waiting for the current ones to die!

Eh...I slipped yesterday. Started my workout DVD and wasn't feeling it. S I turned on Downton Abbey and marched in place, did push-ups, squats, plank, flutter kicks, while watching tv. Probably not he same burn, but only logged 10 minutes of it. Today is a new day. Kickboxing tonight, and ill be there!

This is me. Also, the person that said 8 fl oz of water isn't 8 oz, weight and volume are two different things. I love my scale because its teaching me portions and portion control. Eventually, I'll be able to do it on the fly, but right now I'm weighing everything, including apples and bananas.

That looks terrible. You're doing it right with the slow but sure method that's gotten you down 39 pounds. Just stick with it.

Why are you against leftovers? Especially if you do frozen meals, it's the same concept. I do a lot of leftovers, from dinner, or weekend cooking. Sell your car, get a bike, and start biking or walking everywhere. Seriously, though, massive amounts of low impact cardio and reasonable food choices, and stay at your tdee, and it will come off.
