  • It looks like I am going to be the one falling behind everyone ;-) I'm ok with it because it least is shows I am trying. July 1st - 1.3 miles July 2nd - 2.3 miles Total miles for July - 3.6/100 Are we supposed to post everyday or do we just post at the end of the week?
  • I would like to join! I am just finding out about this today, so I can say I did 1.3 miles walking on the treadmill yesterday (it was a slow day and I was kind of lazy!). I know this is not a good start, but I am up for the challenge :-) If I do 3.5 miles from today on, I will make my goal! Also, my bike is getting fixed…
  • I am trying to lose about 1.5 lbs a week, but I am realizing that it's best to pay more attention to the body changes than what it says on the scale :-)
