this is so my problem. when i drink one glass of anything alcohol i am fine, discipline in tact. when i head to the second glass of anything alcohol, discipline be damned, snack cabinet look out. I am a vacuum cleaner.

Wow, how does anyone have time to find non-GMO food? Organic yes, but where do you shop to get non-GMO for sure? Even organic can be GMO because of seed hybridization.

Put that scale away. Eat just as you are and exercise just as you are. You will be under 190 in two weeks.

Yep, you can use them or not. You need about 1200 calories to actually lose weight, so you can eat extra calories when you burn a bunch as long as you do not eat more than you burned that day. You will still lose weight.
