I noticed the same problem with my new Polar FT60. I upgraded from the F4 and realized the new monitor even gives me a lower calorie burn than my old HRM. How can this be? They are manufactured by the same company!

How are you doing today? Went to my first meeting yesterday. I am looking forward to the connections. I have been hiding my disease forever so it's a relief to deal with it publicly in a supportive environment. This is what I have needed. To get rid of the shame. I'm so happy to have found this board. I love low carb put always hit a plateau about 4 months in. Now I know how to get past it. I saw the book on Amazon and wondered if it was worth the paper it is printed on. Now I'm going to buy it and do some research. Thank you.

I'm right there with you. Back in 2007, I Lost 100 lbs and got down to 165. The smallest I'd ever been. Fast forward to a stressful job, getting a Master's Degree, and in March 2013, My father died of cancer, I gained it all back plus 20 lbs. I actually miss the continuous play mode on Wii Just Dance 4. The Sweat mode is ok. But I would rather dance to a bunch of different songs continuously.

I'm glad I found this thread! I was just wondering what I could do that was cheaper than buying individual Greek yogurt cups. Now I can mix my own yogurt at home and have better flavors!

You are so right! I just stopped WW this month (June 2012) and realized MFP is SO much easier to use with more foods in the data base!
