Hey - I have just discovered this site and it's great! Except I'm from NZ and we work in kilos so it's a bit confusing! anyway - I'm a bridesmaid in January so I need to lose 8 kilos by then (which I think is around 18 pounds? no?). So wish me luck and good luck to you all with your weight loss!
