I have noted in other people's posts that they didn't like week 2 either. Neither do I! I am thinking of skipping to week 3 soon. It's funny how your weight loss stalled at that point, too. I found that without my sticky yoga mat, the moves flow way easier. Any other tips or tricks for week 2 or the DVD in general? Thanks!

I was wondering the same thing. I did it the other way around, though. RI30 first. Should I rotate back through the weeks with heavier weights?

Yes, coming from the formerly (and sometimes currently) scale obsessed, I know how important it can be to see the body fat percentage change. Sometimes I can just tell with the way my clothes fit, even though I haven't lost or gained a lb., ya know?
