  • @BehindBlueEyes : If you dont have the Amplifier bar doesnt it make a huge difference? Can you use just regular hand weights?. I just ordered some Amped Tae Bo dvds but it doesnt come with Amp Bar.

  • Ive tried tabata, and boy does it burn you up! I'd only recommend it to those who are somewhat fit or physically acitve to begin with. Because you are moving intensely you can sometimes sacrifice your form which is not good. I use the WorkOut Muse app on my iPhone to ser the Tabata intervals. Its a great app for any sort…
  • I created it as an exercise of my own. But to be honest I cant remember how I worked out the calories. I logged it as 55mins for 410 cals. My heart rate goes up when I do it. Lots of jumping around for me! lol .... But personally I wouldnt consider it to be low impact aerobics..not for me anyway. You must be pretty fit! :)…

  • I just tried Just Sweat yesterday for the first time (ive had the game for ages) ,,,heaps of Fun! I guesstimated that my 6 song was about 250 cals (being conservative) , so critter347 I was rather close on your 275. You could do it in the evening and turn the lights down...you'll feel like your clubbing! lol :)
  • Count me in too!! I have just restarted a day ago, so the Febuary Challenge is a great way to get it all happening again for me! Im currently at 66.7kg (147 pounds) and so my goal is to lose and never get back 4kg (8/9 pounds) by the end of Feb. As long as I keep having fun Ill keep doing what I'm doing!
