I am an advt spinner and LOVE it. I hit 3 or 4 classes a week religiously. It is not love at first ride but by 4 rides and you realize the calorie burn you will be hooked! Take it slow and just remember that you set your ride so do what you can! Best of luck!

Try a glass of skim milk especially in the evening to get a "fuller" feeling.

I highly recommend getting a heart rate monitor that also counts calories. It makes a huge difference in true accuracy.
