The meal plan for the day is: Breakfast: Black Coffee 2 eggs Snacks: Yoplait Yogurt 1 light Laughing Cow Cheese wedge Protein Shake Lunch: Whole wheat tortilla wrap with hummus and fresh vegetables Dinner: Chicken breast plain Fresh berry mix AND LOTS OF H20!!!!
