You must be starving! You're hardly eating much at all. I know how you feel, I am in a similar situation where I've stuck to the same weight for about 3/4 weeks now. I have changed my settings to lose 1-1/2 pounds a week rather than 2. I think persistence is the key to the game. Just need to keep going and stick it out. It…

I expect it's OK when it forms part of a balanced diet!

Can you not just get sugar free drinks? Or if you really want a hot chocolate can you not take sachets that are lighter to work with you?

Put it on separately, i.e. smoked salmon, scrambled egg etc

You are an inspiration. I'm bumping this to come back to when I'm having a bad day.... thank you and well done! Good for you xxx

I do sometimes but I think so long as you don't go crazy you don't have anything to feel guilty about. We wouldn't be human if we didn't have cheat days! xx

I'm sure its fine in moderation. Not everyday but most days I have a glass of diet/sugar free fizzy drink with my dinner. It hasn't done me any harm...

Make sure you're warming up and cooling down. I always find stretching before and after helps too. How much are you working out? For me, its best to work out every other day, that way it gives my body time to recover.

I don't set targets for myself. I am the same and just get dissapointed if I don't reach them. I'm happy with losing 1lb. This is a long term thing and every pound is one step closer.

You look about 20 years younger! Good for you. Well done :)

You need to eat atleast some of your exercise calories. I know it doesn't sound right, but honestly it works. Obviously everyone is different and you just need to try out different things to see what works for YOU. Don't be disheartened. You can do this!!

Well done :). You look like a completely different person and so much happier too. Good for you!

I'm not sure whether you've forgotten to log how much water you've had but if you haven't you should try to drink more. Especially with the exercise you will get dehydrated. Try to drink 2 litres a day. I find carrying around a 1 litre bottle with me and filling it up again really helps. :) Be positive too. You can do this!

There could be so many reasons.. Are you eating back your exercise calories? You should make your diary public, we can give better advice if we know what you're eating.. Are you over/under calculating calories/weight for food/exercise? Keep sticking at it, its a long term goal :)
