If I were you, I'd up your calories to about 1400 Cal/day and up your protein intake. I'd up your protein % to about 45%, cut back a bit on the carbs and then see how you feel. I do really well with a higher protein and low carb diet, but not everyone does.

I'm a group exercise Instructor and from my experience, most women do not bulk up by lifting weights. If you're worried about it, you can do lower weights with higher reps (in other words, lighter weights but more reps).
