I ate a 3 egg omlete last night yolk and all, gasp! I love eggs only reason you should not eat eggs every day is if your doctor has advised againist it.

There is a restaurant in my area that has the best duck breast. I do not know how they make it but it looks like it has peppercorns and some type of teriyaki sauce, it is so delicious. I have never seen duck in my grocery store but am interested to see if anyone gives you any great recipes.

I got Mirena in July 2012 and have felt bloated and swollen ever since. I am now thinking about getting it removed and getting the copper IUD. The Mirena is nice because some people like myself do not have periods. However I have side effects like breast tenderness and feeling sluggish, I did not have these on the pill.

reheats well. As someone above mentioned already the first time I cooked one it was still crunchy and needed to be cooked longer than what my recipe stated.

you are not eating enough for someone with only 10 lbs to lose. Focus on more calorie dense foods like nuts, olive oil, avocados, full fat cheeses

Recently I have frozen buffalo chicken and it tasted just as good. You can google the recipe but it is basically 3 lbs chicken breast, 1 pack of dry ranch and a bottle of Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce. Put it in the crockpot and let it cook.

I think you are setting yourself up for failure. Eat at a deficit get some exercise and do not expect the weight to fall off overnight.

I eat ground beef, nothing wrong with fitting it into your calories for the day. Chili tacos spaghetti served over spaghetti squash is a new favorite of mine stuffed peppers meatloaf

my gym has wifi but I have never used it. Some of the cardio bunnies watch movies on their ipads and stay on the treadmill or elliptical for an hour or so...

when I first started going to the gym I decided to try some squats with two 20lb dumbbells, did a few reps then someone managed to fall over backwards. I am very graceful :blushing: Happy to report I now do squats in the power rack with heavy weights :tongue:

Have not tried it yet, but saw on Pinterest that you can make your own. Worth a try anyway... 1 cup water 1 1/2 tablespoon tear free baby shampoo 1/8 teaspoon baby oil (or oil of your choice) Mix together and store in a container of your choice. Sounds easy enough
