You seem to be overthinking it and stressing too much about it. Relax, breathe, eat your foods, exercise and give yourself a rest day to recoup mentally and physically. You can do this, it takes time.

Congrats!!! I've been doing the same exact thing...not stressing about it...eat food I love and track it, stay under calories and workout when I can for awhile. I've lost 14 lbs so far in 24 days. I've had pizza, burgers, beer, wine! And support on here is great! Thank you for sharing and you have done a fabulous job!

today I'm proud because it was the first time I stayed under all my levels! under calories, sugar, carbs, and especially sodium which I have had a lot of trouble with.

I usually count it while I am making it. I ususally know what I am going to eat beforehand but I scan and enter everything while making it.

Thats awesome! I have a similar jar thing where one says lbs to go and the other says lbs lost with blue and green pebbles. The lbs to go is decorated with stickers of whales and the lbs lost is decorated with shark stickers haha I'm gonna go from a whale to an agile shark :tongue:

This. Also, I am not stressing about food or exercise all the time. I am just letting it happen, eat my calories, make healthier choices when I can, and fit in exercise when I want to and how I want to. I am just doing it, not overthinking it. So far so good :)

I'm the same way, especially when I get anxiety I'll eat a whole lot and feel calm in that moment...then after feel bummed haha This time around though with my weightloss, I've been pretty good with riding through the storm and not using food to calm myself. That's def a big struggle.

Ahhh so proud of myself today because today marks 20 days on mfp and 13 lbs gone. This thread and everyone that has responded helps keep me motivated and I hope does the same for all of you! great job everyone!

always the one on tile/hard floors. I put my scale on my carpet and weighed like 130 lbs (I wish) haha but im 215. Hardfloors...no carpets

if you push too hard, too fast you'll wear out faster and probably give up. Getting results is a long process and not easy. But don't exhaust yourself. As for your food and calories, I don't know whats right for you. I keep around what mfp gives me calorie wise amd eat more veggies and have lost 11 lbs. This process…

I did in the beginning, I've had stomach problems for years but never really went to the doctors about it. However, I've been eating healthy for 18 days now and haven't had any stomach pain really...only in the beginning.
