I've also noticed my work pants are a lot loser....but I haven't lost much and even my measurements haven't gone down by much. Maybe my body just isn't as bloated from all the junk foods?

Yea last year I lost around 28 lbs, and in 7ish months I've gained back 23. Last year it just seemed to easily melt away with the work I was putting in. I feel like I am putting in more work and it's resisting me this time. Just gotta keep going, it'll happen eventually.
-
All valid points. I just keep comparing myself to last year and it happened so much faster then. That's what I want now! lol

I am so proud of you!!! It's been wonderful seeing your progress over this past year! I wish I had kept up with you. But you keep me motivated, and you look stunning!! Congrats!

A professor once told me that your body will fight you to stay in homeostasis (your current weight) for awhile but it can change, it just takes effort and knowledge on your part. And then once you lose weight it takes about a year for it to make the new weight it's homeostasis. I don't know if that's accurate but it sounds…

I like these. I eat breakfast in my car often on the way to work, or once I'm at work

Hmm I don't know. Its kind of a bummer if something is wrong with my fitbit. I took a long but leisurely walk yesterday. Today I was at work, a desk job, but I was up and walking somewhat quickly around for a good chunk of the day.

Thank you soooo much!!

I would love some more friends for weight loss support, tips, and motivation. Feel free to add me

Beard or goatee. I have always always liked facial hair on a guy. It's sexy and manly lol

Totally ok girl!! I thought I was gonna die my first go around....like...seriously though I would die haha I couldn't keep up, I stopped a few times....and I used 3 lb weights or no weight at all for a couple of them. Good job for trying and keep it up, it does slowly but surely get easier. And don't be bummed to stay at…

I've learned to live with em. They are there, even thin people can have stretch marks....its part of life. I got a tiny bit excited when I saw my thin friend have them on her arms....dont judge haha but yea you can probably lighten them if they are darker, all mine are light/white so I've just accepted them and love my…

I have had the same problem too. Ever since I reached my first major goal I have slacked and let myself get back into bad habits. But it's all about being honest with yourself. Log everything you eat....it'll look horrendous and you'll not want to do that again. Also forgive yourself, things happen and we alllllll have…

For me the fitbit really was only useful to me when I started running, otherwise it would be pointless for me because it is basically a step counter. It is neat that it can connect to your phone and mfp and update though.

I always always always wear a long tank top under my shirts, mostly because it feels weird to have my fat rolls touch each other skin to skin and the tank top is tight against the skin so I don't feel the skin to skin rolls. :[

Yes I can totally relate! Seeing the 1 in front made me feel like i was part of a new cool club or something hahaha I haven't seen that 1 in a long time! Just keep going and you'll see the 1 soon enough, don't give up is the main thing. Thank you all again. Yesterday was so full of excitement and happiness and having two…

Awww I am so proud of you all! Keep up the great work! Today I am proud because I have officially lost 25 lbs and am 3.1 lbs away from being under 200!! I am so excited!!
-
Depends on your body but for me, I started to notice at 20 lbs.
-
My proud moment was doing day 3 of running. I am nooooo runner but I am starting because I signed up for a 5k. I had to push myself today on day 3 but I didn't give up!
-
I didn't notice a difference on myself until 20 lbs lost and even then I feel like it's a small notice. just keep working at it, don't rush it...you'll eventually start to notice differences

Yum yum yum!

Oh man I had the same feeling last night. I am very good logging my calories even when I go over but I've had a lot of stress lately and I just want a day of no logging and eat all the things! lol but I feel like that may just mess me up so I am not going to...although I want to

If I am going to a restaurant I try to plan ahead of what I will order (if they have the nutrition facts listed online that's a total plus!) If you order an entree with sides get one that is at least some veggies but still order foods you like and want to eat. I went to Outback the other day and got a 6 oz steak, mashed…

Yup yup fuel and enjoyment! Makes me sad too. I eat all those things. When you learn to monitor your portions and servings it can work, you won't crave them as much and you'll eat less of it when you do eat it because your body gets used to the moderation instead of the indulgence. I eat chocolate and ice cream like every…

Thats so good! My proud moment this morning was reaching my first mini goal! I've lost 18 lbs and am rewarding myself with a massage!

I pretty much whatever I want just smaller portions and more veggies thrown in. I don't really have actual cheat days because I still eat things I like everyday...I dont feel like I need a cheat day (for me I think it would bring me back to old habits). Every once in awhile I go out to eat for dinner and will go over…

I do this. And I go to school full time plus work full time plus have a boyfriend and chores and homework. you just need to commit to some workout... even if its 30 min.
