So yesterday I walked over 10000 steps and today I did less than 7000....but when it synced with fitnesspal today its saying I burned more calories today than yesterday. Anyone know why that would be? Something wrong with the fitbit or does it measure calorie adjustment with other factors? Thank you

Does it measure the time between your steps? Can it tell if you take bigger steps? Maybe that's it.0

I think it depends on how much of that was very active, imho. Looking back over my logs on days I ran vs walked those steps, the running yielded a larger burn although steps were less.0

Hmm I don't know. Its kind of a bummer if something is wrong with my fitbit. I took a long but leisurely walk yesterday. Today I was at work, a desk job, but I was up and walking somewhat quickly around for a good chunk of the day.0
