I agree and I was almost 80 lbs overweight. No, I should not feel bad about my body and no I don't think it's right to make fun of people overweight, however, being overweight is not healthy! It's not good for you! I agree, it should not be normalized.

It all just depends on you! Some lose it and some do not! I told my boyfriend I might lose mine and he was in utter shock that they could get smaller! haha men and boobs, I swear!

I make my boyfriend eat what I eat haha he usually just eats bigger portions than I do. I've also been making healthier alternatives of foods we like

Yea too much refined sugars and what not cause some issues for my body which is why I've been trying to lower it, I loooove sweets (and still eat them in moderation). I've heard that about "fat free" or "sugar free" stuff has chemicals and things put back in them, but what do you watch out for in the labels?

I don't do completely sugar free but I've tried to lower my sugar intake. I got low sugar oatmeal and no sugar pudding which those are delicious. sugar free boysenberry jelly was disgusting tho! so dont get that lol

Good job peeps!! Today my proud moment was when I got real frustrated with myself for something and due to that frustration I wanted to eat! but instead I had a kickass workout =) felt great!

I m the same way! I would always go crazy after work. I still leave most my calories for dinner/snacks but I try not too eat fast (which is what I would do at night and scarf down all the food!). Eating slower has helped me. I wait a little while after my snack and after awhile I realize I am satisfied!

yea I think so. I've been doing this for 30 days and recently have just been totally satisfied with smaller meals and treats. I went and got ice cream with a friend and got a mini size instead of my typical medium and I ended up totally satisfied. sometimes the brain will say "give me more" but if you wait it out your full…
