Oh man, I am the exact same! So for me, I usually eat lighter in the day and save more calories for night. It has been working for me. I know a lot of people say eat big breakfast and that will help blah blah but I'll still eat like crazy at night. So I save more calories for dinner and dessert (usually ice cream)

Yea fruit sugars are totally fine! It's the candy and cookie sugars that can become too much sometimes.

I totally get you! Some days I can barely make it to 8, 8 oz glasses a day. I don't know how people do it! Hurts mt stomach to drink so much. At work I do have a 25 oz watter bottle I fill up in the morning but some days I only drink one or maybe 2 full of those.

Yup! My mom is the same way. She doesn't realize the power of her words, where my brother and I rarely express anything. She's not evil or bad...we just have trouble communicating.

yea my room is mostly private but its not locked while I'm gone, but I workout and eat downstairs in the living room and we have two fridges! Exactly! its a struggle as it is, dont need family trying to make it harder! I def am not giving up, and staying focused on me and my goals. This kind of stuff just gets overwhelming at times, but it won't deter me

I have. Tried a few diff kinds because they all had diff effects. I take them for a couple medical issues tho. I specifically take acidophilus. Its helped, but I don't take it for weight loss reasons

I tried out my new hrm today, I got it because I wanted to make sure the calories mfp says I burn is close to accurate. But the hrm I got didn't quite workout soooo I may return it. I will never be a runner either!

I've been doing it for a few days now with walking/hiking in between days and a couple rest days (bad knee). I already see bit of a notice with that plus eating healthier. It's hard but it's fast so feels good to get it done with so quickly and still get a good workout haha
