  • I'm aiming to lose 4 stone but ideally 5 1/2 - 6 stone. I've been at this for 3 1/2 weeks and have lost 10lbs so far. Once I lose the 4 I've set as my goal, I'll see what I'm like and I may not need to lose the rest.
  • I'm fairly new too, I have found that having friends/family using mfp really helps with motivation. Also get yourself a ticker, you can personalize it with your own picture then you can watch as your wright drops week by week. If you frequent any other forums you can use your ticker as a Sig on most of those too!
