  • Tiff Tiff is sooo right
  • I am a Zumba instructor and find that if you stick to it..it is a great way to lose weight. I've lost 30 lbs since starting, I'm addicted! It is GREAT WORK OUT it tones and has cardio..
  • Try drinking protein shakes before hand, and do what the rest said..keep snacks at work...work out hard before you work and then if you do want to nibble a nugget it won't undo your day but yeah self control also..you can do it :-) maybe use a photo of a smokin hot bod to motivate you...use it as a screen shot/saver on…
  • mich ultra has fruity flavor beers yum only 95 cals per drink also smirnoff has a new sorbet light line sooo yum
  • love that!!!! thanks for posting
  • I cheat on Fridays and I think it's a good idea honestly. You can think what you would like. I only cheat on fridays for dinner and it allows me to control myself throughout the week. I don't think you sound judgmental but you aren't very open minded. People can do what they want when it works for them.
  • I am a zumba instructor and I love it! I weigh 133 and burned about 500-600 in an hour. I use a heart rate monitor ;)
  • And I log it as circuit training
  • I started level three today which is by far the hardest!!!!! I wear a heart rate monitor during and I burn about 120-140. Level 1 was more towards 120, and level 3 is around 140-150...it is rough at level 3!!! I have seen a difference in my arms mostly, but level 3 seems as if my tummy will get the most of this level!!!…
  • I am 4'11", no pictures but lost about 18 lbs in 3 months! Zumba (i am an instructor), spinning, and jillian michael's 30 day shred!
  • I am on day 16 of the shred, the inches is what really is evident. However I am pretty close to my goal now so the pounds aren't coming off as quick as they were initially. It's a tough work out especially when you get into level 2 but it is worth it. Only 25 minutes a day, you can't beat that! Good luck!!
  • I agree, the Polar FT4 works great. Have had great success with it!
  • I feel that if the fitbit is adding back exercise calories that we shouldn't be eating..doesn't that just defeat the purpose?
  • Start changing with you are eating and change up your daily work outs. I have been doing Spinning and Zumba because I am an instructor but I was plateauing. I started to add in yoga and Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and am seeing some more come off and seeing a change in my muscles. Hope this helps.
  • I weigh everyday :) Helps me to keep on track, but everyone is different. I only log once a week though.
  • I work out during the Walking Dead also!!! :) And during spinning I pretend zombies are chasing me!
  • I would STRONGLY recommend Zumba! It is a great way to burn fat and tone up the flab. I have been doing it for about 4-5 years and have been instructing for 1. I have lost about 20 lbs. from doing Zumba a few times a week. I have also thrown into the mix Spinning at the gym, which is a great cardio and tone workout as…
  • you look awesome..90lbs good for u!
  • hi! im 4'11 and the heaviest I was at was 158. Now I am at 145 and still going! I plan to be about 125 hopefully. That was what I was back in high school. I know exactly what you mean though, since we are short we do not have many places for the extra weight to go. ;) keep it up!! what exercises do you enjoy??
  • you're brilliant!
