I totally understand! I was my heaviest January 2013 at 239. I am down to 213 and pushing to get below 200 before the end of the year...well actually hoping to be closer to 190 by the end of the year! I am on daily, feel free to add me!

Hi all! My calorie goal per day is 1,330. For example, this past Saturday, I burned 1,012 in cals and had 1,039 left. On Monday, I burned 297 cals and only had 317 left. What's a reasonable amount to have left over? I don't feel as if I am not eating enough but I don't want to not give my body what it needs.
