Are your clothes fitting differently even though you can't "see" the changes in your body? How do you feel? I found that I was able to really see a change in myself when I added The 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels to my existing exercise program. It's tough but oh so worth it!

Mornings are best! I have a standing "date" with a neighbor at 5:15 each morning to go on a 30 minute walk/run. That still gives me time to shower/dress/hair/makeup before getting the kids up and ready for school and myself off to work. I then do 30 Day Shred at night. I'm starting it on 6-Sept only because I'll be out of town for the weekend. So how do you log it in the exercise diary? Is it 20 minutes of aerobics general? No great way to sum it up!!! Would love to know how everyone else is recording it.

Morning workouts ROCK! I take a 3 mile power walk at 5:15 each morning (M - F). Wakes me up, puts me in a better mood, boosts metabolism, and it's "out of the way" so I can spend my evenings with my kids! Good luck to you.

Even if you're eating your extra calories from what MFP calculates your burned calories to be, as long as you're still coming in at your net calorie goal, everything should be ok. Because in reality we do burn calories showering/grooming, cooking, cleaning, walking to the car/printer/bathroom, etc. I agree those things…

I brush on Ken's fat-free raspberry pecan salad dressing and bake (I use a foil covered bar pan) at 350 for about 18 minutes. Although some of it runs off the filet itself, I use about 1 tbsp per 4oz filet.

Welcome! Remember, just because something is hard doesn't mean it's impossible. And it IS hard to stick to healthy eating and an exercise program. Keep up with the food journal.
