Currently I am working on a progressive Strength Training for 12 weeks. I will add the Kettlebell Challenge for Sunday which is my rest day.

30 minutes 3 times a week (Boxing) 30 minutes 7 times a week (walking) 60 minutes 3 times a week (Strength Training) 10 minutes 3 times a week (stationary bike)

Things have been going well, and my New Fitbit is really helping me stay on track. My goal for this week is to maintain 10000 steps per day. Good luck to all!

This must be spring fever, I was already planning my cleaning per room, dust, wash walls, steam clean, organize, and give to the thrift store. That is a one week project :-)
