maybe you're trying to be "too healthy" - it might sound daft but i eat healthy through the week then relax the rules at the weekend, so i'll have bacon sandwiches, a pizza or a choccy bar. but in the week i hammer the exercise and the good food so i feel like i need a reward. it seems like you're trying to do too much too…

splash of balsamic, small splash of olive oil, squeeze the juice out of a slice of lemon and mix it all together!

usually varies between: 2 x burgen bread (toasted), chopped cherry tom's, rocket salad and scrambled eggs or 300ml water, banana, some oats, blueberries - blended up for a nice smoothie! or muesli, skimmed milk with extra raisins and sprinkle of all bran!!

no don't go fast on the incline, well it depends how steep it is!!! if it's only a few inches off the ground then peg it, if it's proper steep then a really fast walk otherwise you'll probably fall off!!! ; )

alternation is the key. i would do higher incline stuff as a static exercise but REALLY push it, and then on a flat surface go for fast sprints for a minute then slow to a walk for a minute. try that for a couple of weeks that should really shift some calories!

i go to the gym 3 times a week in the morning at 6.30am. i wake up at 6.10am and get straight out of bed. i make sure my alarm (which is on my phone) is on the other side of the room so it forces me to actually get up and switch it off. if the alarm is next to you, there is a tendency to snooze and not get up at all!!!…
