  • i have found that tho they are a little high in calories yogurt covered raisins one serving has helped as well as eating a pickle they are very low calorie. but you dont have to give up sweets completely find a healthier option. Try non fat plain or vanilla yogurt with ice, cocco powder and honey make a healthy smoothie!
  • go to a store and buy the book 17 day diet honest to god u will loose well over the 10 lbs in a month. u should loose 10lbs or more with in the first 17 days! good luck
  • i am definately in.......infact i am already doing a biggest looser comp with 11 other ladies and we are 3.5 weeks in and i am down 12 or so pounds so yes i am in competition is motivation:)
