Hi I started the 30 day shred at weekend - my legs were sore after the second day they are still sore now and I am only doing level one. I am hoping the soreness will subside and eventually I can progress to the next level.

Hi Ive just started back yesterday I am 48 had 2 boys 5"2 40 36 39 143 lbs Would like to be 34 30 35 I have read that your waist should be half your height in size otherwise your more likely to suffer from medical issues (dont quote me on that though)

Hi I know exactly what you mean. i either drink brandy/diet coke or red wine.So now every other round i will try and just have diet coke so i'm not drinking as much. then hopfully i wont go over board and eat everything in sight. If i am drinking in the house i limit to 2 glasses of wine. Hope this helps

i agree - i have just purchased a food scale i was having double the calories i thought also try having more meat, veg, salad and reduce carbs it seems to be working

You can do this hun, you have already lost 7 pounds and thats a good start. Just keep logging everything you eat, if you can plan in advance then you will find that your choices of food will be better. Exercise when you can. I have recently tried changing my snacks to eating fruit instead of biscuits, crisps etc. My thinking is that my body will process health foods quicker than junk so hopefully lose more inches/pounds. Fingers crossed.

I read somewhere that when your thirsty and dehydrated the brain sends signals that makes you feel hungry - so when i felt hungry in the middle of the day I tried water abd found that it did kerb the hunger pangs for a while - try it and see what you think

Sugar free jellies are good for snacks - you can buy ready to eat pots or make up from powder - less than 10 kcals - you can have a few

I've just read that Sodium is naturally in most common foods - our bodies needs sodium to regulate blood pressure and volume. Hi Hun, I'm from the uk too - not been on here long but liking the fact that exercise gives me more calories to play with. My down fall is that I like to have a drink at weekend, so weight loss is very slow - may have to become tea total for a while.....lol
