I am right there with you! I am a nurse, too, but I work third shift. When I get home from work, I stay up all day with my kids and lose a day of sleep, everynight that I work! I cannot seem to find the energy, even on my days off.

I got married at 19, had my first baby at 21. I went through nursing school with 2 young children. It was so hard! I see you're in college. I say, get through college and get into your career, first. I have three kids, now. My youngest is about to turn 9 months old, still doesn't sleep worth a crap! BUT, they are so worth…

If you are embarrassed about your food journal, make it private. It's for YOU, nobody else!

Get some exercise and get those endorphins going! I usually feel depressed when I am tired, so sleep would probably work well, for me, but since I have 3 kids, one of which is a baby, that won't happen. Feel better soon!:flowerforyou:

I remember when I first got my elliptical, a few years back. I could only go for about 10 minutes. Now, it seems almost too easy. I've stayed on there for two hours before and could probably keep going. You WILL get there, keep pushing!!

I log my DVDs as "circuit training," also. I do wear a HRM and it's very close to what MFP gives me.

OMGosh!! That is TERRIBLE! I can't imagine! She seems fairly proud of them, though!

I do, just to keep myself accountable. Sometimes, I get off track and before I stray too far backwards, that number helps to get me back on track!

First off, the people that lose 20 pounds in one month, usually have MUCH more weight to lose than you. Secondly, you cannot say 4 pounds is ZERO results! I am "only" losing about 5 pounds a month. It takes time, and 4 pounds in your first month is FANTASTIC! Keep up the good work and you will get the results you want! Or,…

I feel your pain! My baby is a week shy of 7 months and mine is still fairly jiggly! I started Ripped In 30 and am hoping to get some good results from it! Of course, I still have quite a few pounds to lose, so I am sure that will help me!

I have this one, too! I have had it for YEARS!! I just replaced the battery for the first time, the other day!

I drink an average of 16-20 glasses of water/day. I don't drink anything else. I like to fill up a 32 oz bottle and just chug it! It is easier for me to drink it when it's room temperature. I can only drink it out of a bottle, can't drink it from a cup LOL! Sometimes, you just have to make an honest effort and just do it!

I just weighed them on my scale. There was 12 of them for 3 oz. I agree, get a food scale. It's so much more accurate.
-
So FUNNY!! I did day one of this, a few years back, and *kitten* my brains out the entire day!!! Maybe that's how you lose the weight?! I LOVE your sarcasm!!

 Agree!

I am sure it is quite the adventure! I only have 3 and that seems plenty, to me! You are awesome! :flowerforyou: Keep on truckin', you need to be able to keep up with all of those BOYS, oh Lord!

I just peeked at your profile and I see you have 8 children. It looks like 7 of them are boys? God bless you! I am EXHAUSTED just reading that! LOL You are more woman than me! :flowerforyou: SO proud of you for getting it done!
