I am 4'11" ... I don't know if cardio or weights are better but I do know I dislike weights and Zumba is the only thing I do like. Most of all, I hate walking or jogging with others because most of them have long legs and it is not fun trying to double step.

If you are building muscle, your scale may not go down. Don't let the scale dictate your progress... let how your clothes feel and look.,
