Air popped popcorn. I spritz a little cooking spray on it (so the salt will stick) then salt it as it pops, I add a little spray butter at the end for flavor. Yummy salty buttery snack, very low calorie. For me, volume is key and popcorn totally fits the bill. I have it almost every day... yum.

Too funny! So hard to explain... :) I compare my weight loss goals to how much my kids weigh too. It really puts it in perspective to compare it to someone that weighs as much as you want to lose... Congratulations, and keep up all the great work! I hope to stop carrying around my 11 year old in extra weight by next year…

Eeeeewwwww! So glad I boycott that place. Nothing there is recognizable as food to me. Even the "apples"...sliced apples don't stay white inside without some sort of intervention...

Welcome! I have only been here a short time too, but everyone has been really welcoming and supportive. I am a SAHM too and can totally relate to eating whatever's easy, and I am also guilty of grazing just b/c I happen to walk by the kitchen. :)
