If you aren't already try eating 5 to 6 small meals a day. Ration your calories through out the day, aiming for less than 30g of carbs, at least 10g of protein, and 300 calories or less. Any type of competition is always a good thing. Sign up for a 5K or 10K, that way you have something to train for and look forward to. Even better if you have a friend or two to train with.
