Thanks for the suggestion(s)! I really did bring a big glass (Not as big as the one you mentioned... but I'm up for trying it) to work with me and did much better in water consumption. Wednesday points Sleep - 1 Food - 1 Exercise - 1 Water - .5 Total - 3.5 Having a hard time getting my water in. I think I'll try bringing a big 'ole glass to work and refill it from the water fountain all day. Good thing my office is close to the ladies room!
