Well, I am staying on track calorie wise and of course I am working out. I started the 100 push up program yesterday as well. I need some upper body strength. Anyway, I was under calories yesterday and today I did a strength training class at the gym during lunch. I am also hiking after work with my dog and a big group. So…

I lost myself and ate badly :( I gained 4 lbs. I did wonderfully with working out, it was the food! I ran and hiked all weekend and even on my days off. Anyway, I was not going to say nothing and hide my 4 lbs gain to myself....

Wow, we are all very close to. I would love to see the 140s...Congrats on your success!!!

I can not say I absolutely love running but it is a personal challenge against yourself and burns calories...well and bragging rights oh and easy to do when short on time. I found out when you start pushing yourself more, you start to feel tortured (at least I do), so maybe you were pushing your pace, hills, etc.

I am really in the same position of just maintaining the 150 forever. For me it is the food! I work out enough, but food just calls me...and not the good stuff either. I am trying, but man oh man....yeah. Yesterday for working out I ran 2 miles on the treadmill (killing time waiting for the class to start) and then took a…

I am a runner and have tried a few pairs, UA was okay, but I Love love love my asics and I get them at Kohls and they even take them for returns after being worn if they do not work out.

I would settle for a solid 140 too! Right now i hover at 150-151..drats! So I have decided to start adding more strength training to see if that helps because I run lots so cardio is good...so we will see. I know it is the eating, I tend to snack later at night :( Good luck!!!!!

I am right there with you on the height and weight. I weigh 150 now (although started at 252) ...I was able to get to 142 and then things went screwy and here I am back at 150. I am striving though for 130, we will see. Good luck!

I bought mine off craigslist for $40 new but have used it sporadically....here and there. I will try for lean and see what happens.

I go to the gym or run during my lunch hour. It seems to work fine...I already get up early to walk my dogs and the thought of hanging around later after work...

1. Lose the last 25-30 lbs. 2. Set a PR for half marathon of 1:45 (last time 1:57:15) 3. This time train right for a full marathon and have a time of no longer than 4.5 hrs (last time I did not train and ran it; I cried) 4. Tone up and be able to do 10 man style push ups with ease. 5. Far, far, far goal--- being able to do…

Well, I think I am getting the exercise down pretty well, it is my eating... :( I mean I ran Saturday 10 miles, did a boot camp class Sunday, spin class today (by the way, MFP said only 397 for an hour, seems so little), anyway, I can not seem to get the mad cow eating under control. I really am just working out to eat…

Hi All, well I made it to the gym for a body pump class yesterday and the instructor scared me. She was scary...that's all I will say. I woke up this morning feeling it all, but when for a 10 mile run at 7am. So now I want to eat eat eat...but trying to make a wise decision and not negate all the running I did this…

Did not work out again yesterday...dang it! I went to our holiday party and of course drank way too much and made an absolute fool of myself. I don't drink often but when I do....I do. My goal today is to make it to the gym...but to be honest, that is doubtful. I have a strength training class at lunch tomorrow and a long…

Way to go! I picked the lazy route and never made it last night...I have gone late before but very hard to motivate myself to get out that door. I have no problems falling asleep but that is just me. Congrats on getting it done!!!!
-
Yes, I just forgot to pack shoes, I usually hit the gym at lunch time...so I had to find an alternate class :(
-
Well I am at 149 and am 5'6"...my dream is 125, but I would settle for hovering around 130. I run often and weekend I do a 8-10 miles long run. I need to do more strength training...I hope to make it to the class tonight at 630, but have to go home first and soemtimes I never make it out again. Wish me luck :)

I have managed to move my scale up 5 pounds again. I seem to lack motivation with food, the exercise is fine, I run almost every day. It is the fooood and mindless snacking. :(

I will post pocture tonight, but arrrghhh...I am up five pounds from this last week. I am at 150. Hurts to write that down. :( (Only because I was at 140 and I keep moving that ticker up).
