Hello all. I am currently trying to do WW but it is hard to eat on the run and wanted to know if people over 50 have found success with using MFP. I tried using MFP but the app is not very user friendly as WW. Does anyone have the premium plan with MFP? Success with one more than the other? Thank you, Mary

I am having dental issues too. My bridge broke and they have quoted me 2400 to put in a new one. They are trying to get it approved by my insurance, so far, no luck. I too grind and going to buy a guard off amazon. Best if luck to you. Mary

I run, spin or boot camp during lunch. I then wipe off with baby wipes, brush my hair, and put on some deodorant and get back to work. They only need to deal with me for half a day after I work out. Honestly, it works and no big deal.
