Should be in the settings for the ticker, when you create it etc..0 -
I'm in, but I'm shooting for 150-175 "running" miles - 150 if continue training for marathon 3rd week of March, 175+ if I decide to run a 50k on 1/28.
1/1: 4.02 miles
1/2: 4.51 miles
I may check back in at the end of the week or in a week or two.0 -

2.3 For yesterday. I only had time for a short run so my milage for the month will really start tonight. But I am definitely counting yesterday! It was January 1st!!! I'm just happy I started the year with a run!! Can't say I did that last year!! WOOHOO! Good Luck every one! You guys have some great numbers posted already!

Yep - i'm going to try and hit 5000km this year - did just over 3500km in 2011, and I was off the bike for best part of 3 months through injury, so it's not a massive step up really, provided I manage to stay healthy and injury free!0 -
