    I'm in! Going to doing a biking and running combo! I've got the biking over 200 per month already, would like to increase my running miles & this is great incentive!

    I'm in...I set a goal of 4040 by the time I am 40. In order to do this I need to log 100 miles a month. I plan to do a combination of running and walking. Hopefully the time running will slowly increase to be the main mileage.

    I'll be 40 in september...interesting goal...might think about that...

    I'm in - I'm actually shooting for 300km for the month - but lets make it easier on the maths and call it 200 miles :wink:

    Rides so far this month:

    02/01/2012 - 26.50km (16.46 miles) - 1523kcal - Local loop - bright and sunny but cold and windy
    03/01/2012 - 34.59km (21.49 miles) - 2196kcal (3719kcal total) - Indoor cycling (rain/storms/gales)
    04/01/2012 - 32.42km (20.14 miles) - 2318kcal (6037kcal total) - more indoor cycling
    06/01/2012 - 66.19km (41.13 miles) - 3875kcal (9912kcal total) - finally, a proper outdoor ride

  • Plan was to run 5 miles on the TM today with a 1 mile WU on the ET; however, got so involved in the book Calm My Anxious Heart chapter on Faulty Focus that 33 minutes and 3 miles passed in an instant. Spiritual workout today too. Decided to keep reading and finished out 3 more miles smiling and praising God. Amazing God.

    Another 6.2 km today. Five days at 6.2 km per day (500 cals): 31 km towards my goal of 160 km (100 miles).

    Love my treadmill. Outside, I have to wear crampons! But inside, in front of the big screen TV, it is great to walk safely without fear of falling.

  • Since the weather was so nice last evening, I walked outside for 2 more miles.
    this morning I did a 5 mile WATP and another 1 mile outside

    Total so far:

    33 miles
