Breakfast normally consists of Shakeology for me. Sometimes I add a piece of low sodium Ezekiel bread (toast) with either a Tbl of peanut butter or suagr free jam.

I'm somewhat addicted to my guacamole :heart: Mashed avocado, red onion, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice and salt. All to taste... sooo good! Tastes good on everything too!

I want to say I bet it would help to know where you're coming from. In the example of Monica she determined that she ate 3000-3300 calories a day before tracking and cutting and that 50% of those calories were fat. That's a huge advantage. My problem is that I smoked and drank pepsi literally from the moment I woke up…
