  • I do Zumba and love it. I don't feel like I'm exercising. Its just a fun workout for me.
  • I agree, it kind of defeats the purpose and goal to be healthy. I drink once in a while, but less and less as I count my calories. I'd rather eat something yummy than drink it down.
  • Its not straight running but broken up with the obstacles. I think you'll do fine, your just getting panicky, which is normal for this sort of race.
