Oh is it the AFC half marathon? I was going to do that too except they ran out of spots :/ and what I suggest is to take it easy in the final days leading up to the big day, and to load up on good carbs the night before. My coach always suggests pasta! :)

It doesn't have to be exact, just a rough estimate. Whatever the portion size is for one serving is what you should eat for breakfast. Like say 1 cup of cereal makes one serving, then you measure out a cup and enter in the calories accordingly. Hope I helped! :)
